About the builder
I started building model aeroplanes at junior school .
Awarded a flying scholarship and then went to Hamble then into BEA.
Re-started model flying R/C scale in my mid 20's
Started flying light aircraft again 20yrs ago and decided to build a Europa after seeing Ivan Shaws demonstrating..
Built by Me and Mike Duncombe in 5+ years, finished and flown Autumn 2000
Now owned by a group of six.
